Are you ambitious and driven to the point of being willing to achieve your targets by midday so you can take the rest of the day off? Then you’re the kind of person we’re looking for!

This is an excellent opportunity to join a lead-generation company based in Birmingham for someone who is great at building relationships with clients, shows a real interest in people and is happy to make calls all day long.

Full training will be given, so applicants need not have previous experience in this role, but must be personable and prepared to work hard from the outset to achieve their targets. Graduates would be considered.

There is the opportunity to benefit from a competitive salary with good OTE, but high achievers will be rewarded with time off for hitting their targets plus quarterly incentives. In addition to this fun team activities are regularly arranged.

Essential requirements: The successful Telemarketing Executive will have:

  • Ambition and drive to achieve, and a willingness to learn
  • Previous sales or telemarketing experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Great communication skills
  • A lively, likeable personality.

The duties of the Telemarketing Executive are:

  • Working on various marketing campaigns on behalf of a wide range of successful organisations mainly within the technology sector
  • Making a high volume of outbound business to business calls
  • Working from data supplied from clients
  • Fact finding and objection handling
  • Closing over the phone by booking appointments for clients.
  • Working to set sales targets.

Salary: Up to £18,000 basic with OTE £3k extra (uncapped)

Benefits: 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, contributory pension scheme.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch and morning team fun-break.
