Dual Site Branch Manager
I am working on behalf of a very reputable Elderly Service provider that provides elderly nursing and residential care and care at home around the North West of England.
This company is family run and has been running since the 1980`s so they are extremely experienced in care. They are totally committed to providing excellence of care to their highly valued residents. They value their staff and they strive to create positive and energetic working environments.
The Branch/The role:
They have a number of home care branches and they now require a manager to run two branches - one in Atherton- offering 1000 hours of care per week and the other in Skelmersdale- offering 1500 hours of care per week. Between the two branches there are 8 staff. You will be responsible for all aspects of staff recruitment, retention and appraisals, risk assessments, care plans, liaising with CQC and families amongst many other duties.
You will be a strong manager , registered with CQC and have a proven successful track record with domiciliary branch management within elderly care. You will have excellent leadership qualities and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the home and yourself. You will want to be involved in managing the service and stabilising and growing the team.
£33.5K plus bonus.
