£16,000 - £17,000 plus commission OTE £24,000

My client are a leading printing and document management business who are growing year on year. They specialise in being 'green’ and protecting the environment. They service clients across the country across a variety of sectors.

My client are expanding their Telesales team and they are looking for resilient career driven individuals who are looking to join a reputable business who can offer progression and a career.

The main aim of this role will be to manage a pipeline of potential new business across a regional area. You will provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities for the business to supply. You will work with the field sales teams by arranging fully qualified and high quality appointments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and account manage clients and customers whilst utilising the database/system

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and identify the decision makers within businesses

  • Identify requirements by asking questions and speaking to decision makers

  • Aim to create opportunities for the field sales reps and arrange appointments

  • Provide excellent customer service and promote the brand well
