Multilingual Digital Account Executive / Client Experience Exec.
This is a smaller, 30 person digital agency in an exclusive part of London working internationally with global high-end, luxury, corporate / retail brands.
They are looking for a Digital Account Exec with confident client handling skills to work with multiple client contacts across Europe, US and China and to liaise with internal digital teams.
This Digital Account exec role’s key client is one of the most iconic luxury brands in the world.
They are ideally looking for fluency in more than one language.
Accounts are long term and in-depth covering web design and build, CMSs and all digital marketing aspects of consumer facing sites including SEO, Social Media and eCRM. They cover the full spectrum of digital communications.
The Digital Account Exec role is about continuing good client relationships, learning and being organised. Any experience with site performance analytics and reporting is a big bonus.
As the role progresses to Account Manager it would require knowledge of web builds, CMSs and technical aspects to take ownership of projects and their requirements and work with internal teams to delivery.
Culture wise, they are highly capable and professional consultancy, which allows a more calm approach - and humour in all circumstances. There is good banter in the senior management team.
In-house there are language translators covering an amazing number of languages, designers, tech, search, PPC, analytics, UX, social and mobile people. You need not be an expert in these areas, you have great teams to work with, again, this role is about organisation and slick client relationships with high end, exclusive luxury brands. The client services account management team is 8 people.
