My client is a large facilities company based in Oxfordshire - they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a qualified degree and experience working within facilities management. This is full time role working Monday to Friday with an average of 40hrs a week.The key responsibilities of this role are:Develop a good understanding of wider aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental law affecting a facilities business.Have a full understanding and appreciation of the contract under which your project is operating and the risks and opportunities this presents. Understand and implement the requirements of the companies health safety, quality and environmental procedures and conduct all duties in a manner consistent with these.Use the CAFM platform to demonstrate our values to our clients.Maximise cash flow through timely preparation of valuations, submission of invoices and receipt of payment.
