LG recruitment are looking for a Telesales Executive for one of our clients based in Newcastle. Our client is a wheelchair accessible vehicle manufacturer based in Newcastle.
The position will be focused on working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to gain appointments for the field sales team, through dialling out to contacts across the UK. The Telesales Executive will be required to make around 70 to 100 calls per day, mostly following email , database and direct contacts loaded by the telesales department. It is essential that the candidate has an exceptional telephone manner and experience in telesales. B2B outbound calling experience is essential.
Basic salary will be £16,000-£18,000 based on experience, plus OTE of £20,000 £24,000 with a competitive commission package.
- Dial out to contacts provided and also prospected by you.
- Qualify leads.
- Generate appointments for sales executives.
- Work to a set target
- Ensure database is accurate and updated when necessary
- Log all calls into CRM
- Provide a weekly report on calls made and appointments generated
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager and sales executives.
