Senior Business Development Executive, Fintech
Huge opportunity to join a fast growing tech start up offering unique search technology for the recruitment market. With over 70 testimonials received in the past year alone and take up from key recruitment companies already, this is a fantastic product and the company are looking for an experienced recruiter to continue the rapid growth.
The role is primarily new business (lots of sales meetings) , with an account team, running the day to day activity of all clients, however you will also be responsible for resigning clients each year, and maintaining relationships.
As a senior member of the sales team and joining at an early stage in the company’s development our client offers exciting room for progression and excellent remuneration package; Sales Management, opportunities abroad (New York initially) and an expected 1st year OTE of £85k plus equity offered.
- Recruitment background - ideally 2yrs plus with excellent billing history
- Ability to build relationships quickly and at all levels
- Face to face sales/presentation experience
- Excellent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Solid work history
- Self motivated and able to use own initiative

Salary: To £40k basic, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission (OTE £85k) + equity options.
