Employee Benefits Consultant - York
Our client, a diverse Financial Services business, is looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join their busy team in York.
You will be managing an existing client bank of SMEs and will be expected to further develop the revenue from this as well as attracting new clients to the business.
You will need to have sound technical knowledge of DC pensions and excellent presentation skills. It is also a requirement that you hold a minimum of the Financial Planning Diploma Level 4 qualification.
Basic salary will be between £45K and £50K, depending on experience, track record and qualifications. There will also be a discretionary bonus and a generous benefits package.
