Salary: £15,345 - £16,401 per annum pro rata (£7.87 - £8.41 per hour)

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team of Experienced Support Workers in Liverpool and surrounding areas. This opportunity is offered on a permanent basis working 12 hours per week (part time).
As a Support Worker you will support people to live more independent lives in their home and local community. This may include assisting with people’s personal care, their dietary requirements, shopping and social activities.
It is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives. We are looking for caring people who have the empathy and patience to positively focus on the people we support.
Flexibility is needed as working times can vary; we will however provide you with a rota in advance so you can plan your life accordingly.
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have recent experience of providing practical support (including personal care) with vulnerable people in a home, community or education setting and to have also gained a Level 2 Diploma in health and social care or equivalent experience. BSL level 1 is desirable but not essential for this role.
