ACCESSIBLE TRANSPORT GROUP
Leading our Training Academy, you will be a focused and dedicated Training Manager with a zest for making our Training the benchmark within the Accessible Transport industry. You will work with a number of stakeholders, building on our reputation and delivering excellence. You will have ownership of a stand-a-lone budget which will include generating agreed levels of external revenue. The key to this role is ensuring the academy meets at all times the needs of the business and that it becomes a key service differentiator. In addition to this role you will also be the Health and Safety Manager, you will therefore oversee Health and Safety for the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of training (in particular driver training) including the delivery of CPC. You will ideally have three years’ experience of managing and motivating a team, be confident, flexible and a clear communicator with a desire to build our academy. You will also have previous experience of managing Health and Safety and ideally hold NEBOSH.
