Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce - Management of Acquisition, Conversion and Retention Channels.
Content Marketing - Overseeing all copywriting, development of content strategy and content calendar.
Reporting and analysis - Monitoring key KPI’s and reporting on them on a regular basis.
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded, Marketing and Ecommerce professional to join their team.
Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for driving the E-commerce marketing strategy across the brand from a B2B and B2C perspective.
The role is ideal for someone who likes to work across all areas of marketing and has the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Creating, implementing and managing the entire marketing strategy, and day to day website management.
Digital Marketing Acquisition- Implementation of SEO best practice for Organic traffic, Paid Advertising (Google).
Email Marketing & Customer Retention - Generate the email marketing strategy and calendar.
Create/maintain campaigns for the various customer segments we have, including loyalty, retention and reactivation.
KPI Reporting & analysis- A key part of the job is measurement and analysis. You will be required to produce weekly and monthly reports.
Social Media- Create and implement a social media strategy.
Content management - ensure that the content is always up-to-date and brand consistent.
Setting up campaigns and promotions on the website.
Constantly looking for ways to improve the user experience and the conversion rate of the website.
Working on ad-hoc marketing projects.
Legal and Regulatory management.
Personal Qualities and experience:
A web specialist who has experience across digital marketing.
Strong communicator and a naturally high achiever.
Commercially aware with a desire and drive to grow sales and brand awareness.
Metric and measurement focused who can help to develop processes to measure the web’s success and gain buy in and excitement for this throughout the business.
Analytically minded with a good understanding of Google Analytics and its implementation.
Technically proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Gmail, PowerPoint, Word etc.
At least four years experience in marketing related roles.
Passionate about internet marketing and the business world.
