Customer Experience Manager

Salary £22000 - £25000

The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for performing routine administrative functions including but not limited to: handling complaints (both telephone & email), corresponding with the correct line managers to rectify situations, providing feedback to all managers and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with the public and complaint handling. This is an office based, non-customer facing role. Responsibilities include:

  • Talking to customers via phone & email
  • Handling complaints via phone & email
  • Opening, reading and distributing incoming mail to relevant line managers
  • Setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records purposes
  • Assisting the general manager/dealer principal in additional assigned duties

This role will be based in Eastleigh or Southampton, depending on candidate preference.
