What will you do as Doctify’s Sales Manager?
As one of our sales managers, you will be in the driving seat towards your own success, independent and pro-active with a hunger ensure the company meets achievable, but stretching, revenue targets through a mix of new business acquisition and account management of our existing healthcare clients.
You will have proven ability to generate new business opportunities and think outside the box to make contact with potential clients.
We want dedicated people, who will go the extra mile instinctively to support both our clients and also all our other team members.
o Take ownership: Source, maintain and develop relationships with existing customers using our CRM systems.
o Be smart: understand the right contact strategy for our various different levels of clients and manager their accounts accordingly to ensure longevity in our partnerships and maximise revenue opportunities for the Doctify business.
o Know the health sector: Demonstrate to all our prospect and existing clients that you have a credible understanding of their challenges and provide the right solution through our innovative platform.
o Drive Doctify: share best practice and feedback to other senior staff by understanding the needs of your account mix to ensure viable decisions made internally for our innovation roadmap to ensure we stay number 1
o Be a closer: you will negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales opportunities at a fast pace and understand the importance of our clients experience when using Doctify
o Be smart: you will compile and analyses sales figures
o Be informed: you will keep up to date with products and competitors
o Be our ambassador - 24/7: An advocate for our revolutionary brand
o Be a positive thinker: handle your way around objections, and if you get knocked down leap straight back up with a can-do mentality
o Be a trailblazer: prepared to use various means of contact to win and maintain new and existing business

And this is what we are looking for
o You are a native English speaker, strong in communications and people skills
o Bachelor’s Degree
o At least 1 year Sales experience and a passion for a target driven environment.
o You have an entrepreneurial spirit - you get stuff done. And you have a desire to present new ideas and make Doctify an even better place and product
o You are digital, Gen Y, tech-savvy - not only comfort and literacy with computers and mobile devices but a passion for mobile technology is what we are after…and very good old-school understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o You love telephones and the sound of them ringing
o And finally: you must have the ability to multi-task and excel in a super-fast-paced and at times ambivalent environment
