ABOUT THE ROLE
As Telesales Executive you will support the business with its ambition to accelerate and grow Sky Throne brands through B2B channel to determined EU markets. The position will be reporting directly to EU Sales & Marketing Director.
The main responsibilities include:
- Contact potential or existing B2B clients (outbound calls) in the EU markets
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships
- Ask questions to understand the customers’ requirements and close sales
- Achieve sales targets
- Collect customer feedback and market research
- Attend trade shows and marketing events if needed
- 3 - 4 years of B2B telesales or telemarketing working experience
- Proven track record of success
- Fluent English and French is a must
- Knowledge of additional language German or Italian would be an advantage
- Positive, competitive, dynamic and results driven attitude
- Excellent communication and professional approach
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
