Head of Service
A great new role with an established healthcare provider who are proud of their history of supporting people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities. They currently support more than 1500 people in a range of very different services. They believe in providing just the right level of individualised, person centred support so that they can flourish and contribute and live a good life.
They are currently expanding and have created new roles to support both their home managers and operational managers. This role is a senior management role with a brief to lead and deliver on business and quality performance outcomes, strategic projects, develop external networks and relationships, and leadership of operational strategy, as well as leading and motivating your managers to deliver high quality support through an agreed set of resources and funding.
The ideal candidate will -
- Have at least 18 months experience at manager level
- Be nurse qualified, RMN/RNLD/RGN - Beneficial but not essential.
- Good sound knowledge of budget management
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience dealing with investigations and disciplinary
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations
The salary for this role is £50k p/a working around 40 hours per week. The role is mostly based within West London. Services are located within this so flexibility with travel is essential.
