*Produce and supply regular updates and timing plans internally and externally to support all stakeholders and ensure the company is delivering conforming parts to deadlines.
* The production of requisite documentation including SPAP/ PPAP / FMEA / Control Plans / IMDS Process Instructions etc. To be agreed with the customer as necessary and supplied to Technical and Production.
*Support Internal and External Meetings to review part/project timing. Identifying issues and they occur to the Project Engineer or Account Manager.

*Working for a time in all departments and doing all types of job to gain an understanding of the work and effort required to make the parts, anything from cleaning to running CNC machinery and equipment. (This is a key function for all of us to understand the product and the business we work in and be able to help out when required without hesitation. We can then communicate with the workforce or the CAD team with confidence)
*To recognise and identify any additional costs and pass them to the account manager for discussion with the customer
*Delivery of parts to supplier's customers. So, driving is essential and we have different sites so moving between the two it is essential.

Along with the above would be obviously training as required, this will be a customer facing role so it is important to have a good level of communication and a friendly but firm disposition.
