This soon to be opened 70 cover restaurant in South Warwickshire is looking to hire a Sous Chef to help run the kitchen along with a Michelin Starred Executive Head Chef.
6-8 staff BOH team. The plan is for this kitchen to have at least 6 chefs.
You will have an opportunity to be part of something great. A brand new kitchen, a brand new team and a Modern British menu that’s small, seasonal and changing frequently.
This role will suit you if you’ve already worked as a Sous Chef at 2-3AA or Michelin star level and want to make a name for yourself working at an independent, high quality establishment.
The Chef’s idea for this place is to cook a simple but high quality seasonal food, based on local ingredients. His main goal is not to chase accolades but to work to a standard that might make getting 3AA Rosettes or a Star a very real possibility in the future. He’s done it before. You will work mostly straight shifts, around 48 hours per week.
You will get a highly competitive basic salary of around £30,000pa. There is also a very real potential for a bonus on top of the basic AND a share of tronc!
