SALARY: £40,000

A £multi-million pound award winning FMCG and Retail business seek talented client facing insight and data executives to support a leading portfolio of products, categories, brands and they consumer behaviours affecting these.

JOB SPECIFICATION - Customer Insight Executive / Customer Insight Manager

Taking responsibility for Insight and Research campaigns for some of the UK’s most recognised brands, you will be passionate about customer insight and research as well as being commercially aware. To successfully fast track through this well recognised brand your responsibilities will be to:-

* Deliver strategic customer insights that will support growing categories and brands, by analysing and utilising data.
* Work closely with stakeholders to project manage effective strategies to enable the best possible resource to deliver a solution, whether it be Quantitative, Qualitative, Data Modelling or pure Insight.
* Nurture and develop stakeholder relationships across a wide range of support teams both internally and externally.
* Present key insights and strategy to board level.
* Work closely with clients and 3rd parties to define and support business objectives.
* Take responsibility for revenue and client satisfaction targets for your accounts.
* Managing the day to day liaison and coordination of servicing for your key contacts.

REQUIREMENTS - Customer Insight Executive / Customer Insight Manager

2+ years’ experience. Experience of working within Insight, Data or Modelling environments with a commercial edge as well as proven ability to work with stakeholders to drive sales and marketing campaigns.
