Wimbledon
£20,000 - £23,000 basic plus OTE 5K and benefits

Carlton Recruitment is pleased to announce that our bespoke client is currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team based in Wimbledon. Your role will include:

  • Maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriation propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction

  • Meet and strive to exceed all targets set by project manager

  • Plan, prioritise business according to job criteria and agreed development strategy

  • Respond to all enquiries using appropriate methods

  • Contact all clients via phone, email, face to face (comfortable making 40 calls a day)

  • Attend all training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills

  • To be available where required to support different exhibition activities

  • Create and develop ideas with the team to continually evolve all products in the marketplace

  • Work with project team to share and develop ideas

  • Work with editorial, accounts, logistics, and production in an effective way

  • Generating appointments for the project manager as per agreed targets

  • Maintain a sound knowledge within the market place

  • Cross sell across all products where possible

Personal Specification

  • Self starter

  • Experience of Telesales/Sales

  • Ability to multi-task and manage completing priorities

  • A real team player

  • Able to work on own initiative i.e. without constant supervision

  • Flexible and willing to work additional hours when required during busy periods

  • Self starter who has the ability to both follow instructions but also work on their own initiative

  • A focused and driven person

  • A sound understanding of the sales process/technique

  • Good communication - both written and verbal

  • 1+ years sales experience with preferably some sales presentation experience

  • Understands the basic sales process in terms of structure and telephone selling
