As Sous Chef you will be stepping up and covering for the Head Chef in their absence and taking ownership of the kitchen. You will be working with the best quality ingredients cooking from scratch within a fast paced, high volume kitchen creating and upbeat and buzzing atmosphere. Other key characteristics:
- Experience working as a Sous Chef for a minimum of 2 years
- Ability to work with fresh ingredients cooking from scratch
- Experience in a high volume and fast paced atmosphere
- Confidence to take ownership of the kitchen in the head chef absences
- Have great communication skills and ambition to enhance your career
- A salary of 23K per annum depending on experience
