Fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team on permanent basis. Working Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 3pm, offering a salary of £45,000 to £49,000 with salary growth potential.

You will be required to project manage Filter/Strainer orders from order placement through to invoicing.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
*Review customer's order and specifications.
*Produce project schedule identifying key milestones and monitor against these
*Produce key documents - ITP, SDRL
*Liaise with Technical support on documentation required by customer and suppliers to fulfil order requirements and any statutory requirements.
*Liaise with Purchasing to specify bought out items.
*Monitor progress of project calling and chairing meetings where necessary.
*Maintain customer contact for scope clarifications, progress and change orders.
*Communicate with all internal and external parties involved in individual projects to ensure that satisfactory progress is made for the duration of the contract.
*Maintain Dates within SAP in line with company procedure.
*Liaise with inspectors where necessary.
*Monitor and prompt Stage Payments.
*Monitor and prompt retention close out and invoicing
*Monitor costs associated with the project

You must have previous proven experience in a similar role.
