Key capabilities Key Objectives

In this role you will

Support the project lead in continuing to offer a high stakeholder experience for the performance review program

Help plan and communicate the performance review program, to stakeholders for individual teams and agencies Assist in mapping teams, reporting units, leadership, brands and clients

Help create communication tool kit (internal and external communication, time and event schedules, action plans, for teams and agencies)

Coordinate training for teams and agencies on data collection, dashboard use, reporting, analysis and follow-up

Assist teams and agencies in developing new reports - Identify and share improvements in best practices

Aid the communication of operational program refinements based on initial roll-out

Becoming a trusted adviser to clients, guiding them through the implementation process and helping them to deliver their strategic goals

Building strong relationships with all members of the hub who will implement/service using our partnered solutions

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to be engaging and proactive with clients

Take a proactive approach to work

Capable of working under pressure in a demanding environment

Ability to problem solve

Strong attention to detail with the objective of delivering high quality work

Work well with a team and individually

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

Minimum of 1-2 business experience, preferably in a consulting or agency business
