JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - £29,000 - 3 AA ROSETTES - LONDON
This highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant, which is overseen by one of London’s most talented Executive Chefs, is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join its very close-knit brigade. You will be creating fine European cuisine with a strong focus on using only freshest seasonal produce and finest cuts of meat available. You must have proven experience within establishments with at least 1 Michelin Star or 3 AA Rosettes to be considered for this role.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. You will be working 7/8 shifts per week. A competitive salary of £29,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
