The salary on offer for this Chef de Partie role in Buckinghamshire/Oxfordshire region is certainly above average. My client is happy to pay up to £25,000pa basic salary for the right candidate! Tips on top!
Live-in accommodation is not available at the moment and own transport would be a great advantage. However, my client would be able to assist with relocation, if necessary.
It's a low volume, high quality 80pax fine dining operation.
Experience in multi-rosette/ Michelin star establishment preferable but not necessary. However, eagerness to learn and progress, as well as ambition to work to the highest level is imperative.

This Chef de Partie role would suit an experienced Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie who worked at Michelin Star/ 3AA+ level looking to step to a more senior role but also a Sous Chef who's worked with high quality fresh food but who'd be happy to step down to a more junior role to learn more and cook at the highest level.
