A leading name within the BPO sector, specialising in Outsourced Sales Solutions and customer service contracts.
As the Business Development Director you will be responsible for driving new business contract wins for Outsourced sales & Customer service contracts Nationally.
- Target a range of clients across numerous sectors to supply outsourced contracts.
- Deliver key growth targets to the business.
- Operate from a home-office, self-generating key opportunities to win new business.
- Retain clients and contract development.
The successful Business Development Director will be ideally within the Outsourcing/BPO sectors, with key contracts across various industries able to deliver new contracts to the Outsourced Sales Centre.
- Based in commutable distance for Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Doncaster, Hull.
- Able to Travel Nationally.
- Clear business development track record in service driven solutions - ideally BPO.
- Strong negotiator and pro-active in lead generation and development.
£60,000 - £65,000 + Car + Uncapped Bonus - £100k OTE.
