National Business Development Manager - Sales – Hygiene Solutions

PACKAGE: Basic Salary £45K, OTE £60K |Car, Laptop, Mobile, Medical Insurance, Pension.

LOCATION: National Role – Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Sheffield, Manchester, Derby, Chester, Liverpool, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Telford, Coventry, Peterborough, Cambridge.

We are moving into a new and exciting chapter in the business and the role advertised is a new role created to bring in new revenue streams through Key Account Acquisitions.

• Selling hygiene consumable contracts is the primary focus for this role, to develop and grow Key New Business opportunities from both new and existing customers with a 50-100K annual spend.
• Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
• Infiltrate key markets such as Public Sector, Educational, Retailers, Facilities Management & Transport companies to name a few.
• Generate new business through pro-actively seeking key new business opportunities.
• Support growth and retention of existing accounts.
• Working pro-actively with your portfolio of clients to ensure maximising profitable opportunities and retaining business long term.
• Get involved with Tenders of large new business prospects.
• Present and win customers by providing an added valued service that supports both customer and our commercial requirements.

• An enthusiastic sales professional with a proven track record of selling a business product or service at mid-market to corporate level.
• Strong level of commercial acumen.
• Highly developed selling skills with excellent communication / presentation skill both face to face and over the phone.
• Those with a proven track record in Hygiene are ideal, however we are open to meeting candidates who have sold one of the following business contracted product or service such as: Managed Print, Office Supplies, Janitorial Supplies, Workwear, PPE, FMCG & Security Solutions just to name a few.
