Support Workers Required
I am currently working on behalf of a well-respected and growing charity that is looking to appoint a number of support workers at their services throughout Hertfordshire. As a company they provide are to service users with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours as well as associated mental health conditions. Clients within the services vary in ages from 18- 80.
The successful applicants will assist the line manager is the coordination and operational management of their supported service. Together with the service manager you will be responsible for delivering hands on care to the service users in the services. You will provide support that enables the people we support to achieve the outcomes of their individual Person Centred Plans. In doing so you will carry out all aspects of the role within the guidance of the Organisation`s vision, mission, ethos and values, enabling the people we support to maximise their independence, choice and control.

- You will also have exceptional relationship building skills and work well as part of a team.
- A clean driving license is required as the work includes encourages services users to undertake activities in the community
Salary: - £16,691 to £17,398 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
You needn`t have any prior experience in the care industry for this position but be able to demonstrate a passion for the care sector and care delivery as that is paramount to the role. The company will then develop staff and skills in the role.
