Marketing and Business Development Manager | Professional Services | London
My client is an award winning and Internationally renowned Professional services firm with a truly innovative and forward thinking approach to market. They are looking to recruit an exceptional Marketing and Business Development Manager. This combined role supports 2 high profile service lines (Business Services and Accounting and Risk Advisory) and will help shape, drive and be principally accountable for the delivery of business development, sales and marketing activity.

You will work closely with the business and the wider BD team to develop and embed Business Development initiatives and key Marketing campaigns - in conjunction with the service line leadership, sector groups and local offices. The role will require travel to regional stakeholders - including to Manchester where the National service line leader is based.
The role focus on developing and delivering the Sales and Marketing plan in the remainder of 16/17 and into the next period of growth. Key responsibilities:
*a national refresh and launch, including the digital materials / website to maximise appeal to the target market, leveraging with local teams, internal promotion through internal channels and direct relationships with client-facing partners and client service teams
*development of an awareness of parallel offerings in the external market-place and provision of advice and challenge the leadership team in developing relevant services
*review and streamline the process for responding to opportunities
*advising on and deliver of the Sales & Marketing plan for the practice
*leverage of the global thought leadership surveys
The successful candidate will be
An experienced marketing and business development manager - with significant experience at management level
Experienced in B to B services - professional services, real estate, recruitment or consultancy
digitally savvy, with strong idea generation and innovate approach
A lateral thinker - identifies linkages and key themes and connects well. Prepared to think differently about approaches to delivery
