Twin Group are an award winning provider of education, travel, work experience and employment services based in Greenwich, London. We are looking for temporary Operations Assistants to join our team during the busy spring and summer season from April - August 2017.

The post holder will be responsible for the all group and individual operations, including all arrival and departure paperwork, compliance, and operating all services required by groups. This includes but is not restricted to delivering the travel requirements for specified overseas agents; administering and operating these arrangements to include transport, accommodation, language studies and excursions.

You will be expected to:

  • Take full responsibility for the operations of all group and individual bookings.

  • Deliver the required tour arrangements for each client to a set deadline.

  • Arranging/booking all the services requested for individuals including airport transfers, excursions, airport meet and greets, travel cards, living allowance, etc.

  • Ensure all documentation required for arrivals, programme content, itineraries is collected in its entirety in order to operate bookings efficiently.

  • Ensure that services provided do not exceed quotes, indeed to strive to ensure maximum margin is achieved.

  • Out of office emergency cover is required on a rotational basis.

You will need to display the following personal attributes:

You will have:


  • A level or equivalent

  • Previous administration experience


  • Experience of operating inbound international groups

  • Experience of working for an English school

  • Experience of working for a tour operator

  • Customer Service experience

What we can offer you:

  • £18,000 pro rata per annum

  • Fixed term contract from April - August
