Planning & Campaign Executive x2
We are looking for an experienced Planning & Campaign Executive to join a growing team within our fundraising department. This position is responsible for the creation and delivery of integrated go to marketing plans, communication planning and campaign management; working with Fundraising teams where relevant, to bring new and existing fundraising products to market.
The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of insight to test, build and develop new fundraising products, before planning the go to marketing campaign plans for new and existing fundraising products. The successful candidate will plan and coordinate multiple marketing communication plans often running simultaneously, as well as support the coordination of workshops to ideate and test potential new fundraising initiatives. This is a relatively new role and offers significant opportunity to bring fresh ideas and approach to establish fundraising innovation within the charity.
You must have a proven track record of planning, coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns using a mix of bought, earned and owned online and offline marketing channels. You will also have a keen ability to engage the support of internal stakeholders, communicate complex ideas to a range of audiences, interpret insights and results whilst managing conflicting deadlines.
You must have previously managed multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously each with differing outputs and have great prioritisation skills in order to satisfy business objectives.
Ideally, you will also have a keen ability to identify trends, bring insight to life and engage a business audience with your findings and recommendations.
Substantial experience of working with external agencies (design, marketing and/or media agencies) is necessity.
