Duties for a Business Development Manager include:

  • Developing sales opportunities passed on from Lead Generators
  • Expanding new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Contacting lapsed customers and turning them into active clients
  • Assist the Marketing team with various email and social media campaigns
  • Completing online product demonstrations with prospective clients
  • Utilising Linkedin to research decision makers
  • Ensure a consistent sales pipeline
  • Manging your own sales plan and objectives
  • Analyse sales trends to identify future sales opportunities

Personal Specification:

  • Candidates must have previous B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within the marketing sector is ideal but not essential

Salary is up to £22,000 - £35,000 OTE
