Your new role
You will be managing the performance and compliance of the framework partner , driving their adherence to procedures and achievement of framework targets.
* Managing the framework partner in the in the construction category ensuring consistent standards of performance across the frameworks.
* Manage standards of performance in overall partner delivery achieving consistency across regions
* Manage compliance with all framework obligations and processes.
* Liase with business teams in framework, project and client information.
* Produce framework progress reports
*Analyse and act upon performance reports driving improvement in overall partner delivery
*Maintain and promote a strong level of knowledge in public sector services , procurement and contracts .
What you'll need to succeed
*Experience providing construction, surveying, built environment or procurement services
*Experience in public sector or private sector in contract management and contract compliance.
*Framework management experience preferred
*Good understanding of procurement regulations including public sector
*Working knowledge of NEC contracts
*construction , surveying or procurement related qualification
