We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our growing London L&D team.
Greystar is a market leading fully integrated real estate company offering expertise in investment, development, and property management of multifamily residential properties globally. The UK business is rapidly growing, providing exceptional student accommodation through our Chapter platform, as well as an expanding portfolio of Multifamily Private Rental properties. Within this role you’ll focus on the development of Greystar’s operations training curriculum and programmes across sales, customer service, marketing, financial and other operations training programmes; facilitating and delivering training sessions as well as evaluating their effectiveness. Working closely with our Operations Learning and Development Manager, you’ll also support the design, development and facilitation of team member on-boarding, operations and management development activities.
As the ideal candidate, you’ll have a solid training background across a broad range of content within high volume and fast paced environments, including experience of the whole L&D cycle and in internal/external coaching methods. At Greystar we are all about Service Excellence, so experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a definite advantage and the ability to enthuse and inspire our leasing teams is a must.
You’ll be a strong communicator who is able to effectively engage and motivate a wide range of audiences and a proactive, dynamic individual who can build positive relationships with ease and influence at all levels. You’ll also enjoy working collaboratively and inclusively with colleagues and have a passion for continuous improvement and personal development of others and yourself.

Salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience plus bonus and company benefits.
