Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator

- Copywriting across all marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website content and direct mail. 
- Managing and updating the marketing databases.
- Designing and building email campaigns. 
- Liaising with event delegates and contacts to assist in the running of events. 
- Managing event websites, updating copy and images where required. 
- Handling telephone inquiries from exhibitors and sponsors, assisting the sales team where required. 

Requirements of the Marketing Coordinator 

- A minimum 2:1 degree in Marketing, English, History or a related academic subject. 
- Strong copywriting and proof reading skills are essential for the position. 
- Good communication skills and telephone manner are essential for the position. 
- A minimum of grade A/B at A level is essential for the position. 
- All candidates applying for this position must have a positive can-do attitude and be willing to move into a hands-on role.
