Customer Response Advisor
Our client requires an experienced Custome rResponse Advisor to start asap for the following 7 weeks.
Working within the Consumer Response team you will provide a first class response to consumer calls and emails. You will have experience within Consumer Response, Consumer Relations, Customer Service and dealing with the end customer. You will need to be able to handle difficult situations as well as a high volume of calls. The ideal person will have an excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills as well as deal with complaints in a calm sympathetic and professional manner.
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience of customer database (preferably AS400)
- Experience of working in a 'call centre' environment
- Ability to log details on system whilst taking calls
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar, seasonal, fast paced manufacturing/distribution organisation.
