Salary £20,000 p.a. Pro-Rata + Uncapped Commission circa £6K p.a. + Excellent Benefits
25 Hours per week Monday to Friday 9:00am-2:30pm or 10:00am-3:00pm (flexible)

The salary for this Business Development Executive role is competitive offering £20,000 p.a. pro-rata, uncapped commission equating to an additional £6,000 p.a., and other great sales incentives. Benefits include 23 days holiday rising to 25 days within two years plus all bank holidays (pro-rata), pension scheme and parking. This position would be ideal for you if you are passionate about your career and hungry to increase your salary by achieving sales targets. This business development role involves following up on marketing campaigns, setting up meetings, and encouraging customers to attend events. Many leads will be warm; however, you will also be expected to generate new opportunities by telemarketing from a database or social media.

The company is very much driven by quality rather than quantity so there are no set number of calls required as long as targets are achieved. Your purpose is also to create strong relationships with prospective clients, and you will be given an element of autonomy to suggest and carry out ways that you feel will successfully generate leads.

Business Development Executive Requirements:
*B2B sales or account management experience
*Positive attitude and motivated by results
*A background in the IT/technology sector would be advantageous
*Exceptional communication skills with great attention to detail
*Natural ability to engage with decision makers such as senior managers or directors

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 2:30pm OR 10:00am to 3:00pm. Some flexibility can be discussed.
