Adecco in Bolton are managing the recruitment of a number of Case Managers on behalf of our expanding client in the Horwich area.

The role includes processes and managing loan applications through to completion, taking ownership and management of tasks to successfully deliver loan completions for our clients customers.

Working within a regulatory procedural framework and delivering excellent customer service form part of this role.

Required experience:
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (Equivalent)
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a regulatory environment.
- Proven experience working to targets.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to change.
- Self motivated and upbeat.
- Exemplary work ethic.
- Part or full CeMAP qualification or qualified through experience in finance industry.

Desirable experience:
- Experience in secured finance or mortgage advising.
- Experience of working with a range of products.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages.
- Experience in a busy working environment.
- Experience of working successfully in a team and as an individual.

- On site parking,
- Monday to Friday working hours.
- Private BUPA healthcare upon completion of probation.
- Pension scheme.
- 22 days annual leave rising each year to a maximum of 25.
