Our client a fantastic award winning company operating in the Legal and Motor claims sphere are currently seeking a Litigation Executive to join their team.

The role:

To settle cases dropped off/exited the portal, and issue proceedings to maximise costs.

The Person:?

Work alongside a team of litigation executives and solicitors ?

Be familiar with the CPR ?

Be experienced at instructing medical experts, Counsel, cost draftsmen. ?

Be competent to make Part 36 offers, assess liability, causation and quantum ?

Issue proceedings pro-actively ?

Be fully aware of court procedures, and directions ?

Be competent to meet court deadlines, limitation and adhere to strict diary ?

Be experienced at running cases from commencement to Trial ?

Proceed to efficient and prompt settlement of cases; ?

Knowledgeable about Fixed & Indemnity costs ?

Assist team members to ensure team targets are achieved; ?

Ensure clients are kept up to date and the firms SLA’s are adhered to; ? Provide an exceptional service in accordance with the firm’s ethos.


Minimum 18 months Litigation experience ?

Ability to achieve goals through the management and leadership of an organisation. ?

Ability to work under pressure, effectively delegate tasks, as well as manage and motivate teams. ?

Ability to demonstrate excellent strategic and operational planning in the short, medium and long term business environments. ?

Responsible attitude towards the handling of information, including the ability to collect, analyse and summarise information. ?

Effective verbal, written and oral communication skills. ?

Self-Managed time skills. ?

Ability to persuade and influence others. ?

Ability to identify information required in order to make appropriate and effective decisions under pressure. ?

Ability to handle situations and problems with innovation and creativity.
