Payroll and Accounts Assistant

The job role is evenly split between both Payroll and Accounts reponsibilities.
These will include:
* Inputting banking weekly figures
* Journal entries
* Bank reconciliations
* Petty cash
* Analysing the companies telephone bills
* Checking staff credit cards & inputting into SAGE 50
* Coding and entering invoices
* Monthly profit & loss
* VAT returns
* Checking employees hours
* Deducting tax and NI payments
* Processing holiday
* Tax Forms
The chosen candidate must have Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll experience - this is essential. They must also have at least 2 - 3 years experience. As well as this they must have great interpersonal skills and be hardworking.
