2 x Rent Accounts Manager
We are a successful Housing Association that is striving forward to its next phase of development. We are looking for highly motivated, successful and proactive individuals to join our robust Income Team as Rent Accounts Managers, to manage rent accounts throughout all stages of the Income Recovery process.
The role is responsible for managing rent accounts through all stages of the income recovery process, and undertaking collection of arrears. This involves proactive monitoring of accounts, Court advocacy, collecting arrears debt in accordance with procedures, undertaking financial assessments & promoting a positive payment culture.
You would need to be proactive and highly organised in prioritising a high work load. In addition, you would be experienced in income recovery, together with tenancy enforcement and possession action, including experience in preparing and presenting cases for Court. Good I.T and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as excellent numeracy and literacy skills. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate a customer care focus, alongside strong negotiation and influencing skills.
We are an ambitious Housing Association established in 2008. We own & manage around 6,000 rented homes, including general needs properties, as well as sheltered housing, leasehold & shared ownership properties.
