To £35,000 - £45,000 with excellent bonus scheme
This fantastic Events and Communications Agency are looking for someone to join their team as Account Director in Marketing to service an increasing pipeline of exciting projects, including requirements from an important US client of ours as well as a portfolio of others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing - preferably in consumer products - and will be asked to project manage all of the concurrent work streams we have running for this client.
You will be joining one of the UK’s longest established creative agencies. Anaward-winning company based in a converted barn complex just outside Oxford, also with offices in London and Qatar, delivering projects for clients around the world. You will liaise with all of our different departments - film, event and exhibition, digital, design and product design - to ensure that all of our projects are delivered on time and to the agreed budget.
We are helping our US client with all aspects of the supply chain so you’ll need to be confident in helping to liaise with manufacturers, product fulfilment houses and a wide range of suppliers as well as managing the marcoms aspect of campaigns. A strong background in one or more of our service areas would be a distinct advantage but the core skill set is marketing.
Success in this role will revolve around the ability to bond with their clients and to earn their trust and respect so you’ll need to be a people person. You will have an ability to nurture new business leads as well as to manage multiple concurrent work streams that often span a number of service areas. You will need to be energetic, agile and willing to go above and beyond both for our clients and company. As much of their work is international, you will need to be happy with working outside of normal office hours and also happy to travel.
