Basic Salary: £18,000 to £22,000
OTE: £35,000 to £46,000
Office Location: Exeter
Field based: You’ll be field based, so you need to live within easy reach of Exeter for team meetings and as your base, but also be able to get across East Devon with ease
Car allowance: £250 per month

You’ll be a part of small but expanding team, playing a crucial part in the success of this business and those of its customers.
Your experience within B2B field sales, and perhaps even within media sales and advertising, will be significant; but equally, we are not about finding a 'sell at any price’ media sales person.
This is not an ad sales business where you 'flog space at any price’. So if that’s what you’re doing currently and want to move into a far more consultative role where your role is firmly focused on connecting business owners to customers through the use if printed advertising media (that works), then we absolutely want to hear from you.
New business is where you excel and you love making cold calls, chatting with local tradesmen as you see them park up and your knack for spotting opportunities is simply what you’re known for.
No micromanagement here, by the way. You’ll be trusted to use the technical reporting system and CRM, whilst working alongside a strong sales focused director, to nurture new sales opportunities.

Your focus will be on selling marketing solutions to new clients which in turn will help them to bring in new customers. We know the solution works; there are some tangible results and successes that the existing clients have so you will the case studies and be able to show the ROI for many types of customers and business sectors.

Your key skills, personality and expertise include:
- B2B solution sales, not just sell as much as you can for as little as possible!
- Experienced in field / territory sales
- Love knocking on doors and opening up new sales opportunities
- Drive and tenacity
- Love helping make a difference to those you work with, be they clients or your team around you
- Able to work and flourish with zero micro-management
- Engaging personality
- If you’re in an ad or media sales role currently, you’re bored of flogging space at any price
- Time management excellence, especially as your territory is across the whole of East Devon
- Love hitting and exceeding target
