Due to expansion, there is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Inbound Advisor to join our progressive client based in central Bournemouth. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, enjoy upselling and cross selling, be enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated.
The role entails:
* Receiving inbound calls from new and existing clients;
* Up-selling and cross-selling where ever possible;
* Delivering excellent customer service;
* Achieving targets;
* Dealing with administration duties including purchases made via the website, email or post.
The ideal person will:
* Have at least 1 years experience within a similar role;
* Have an excellent telephone manner;
* Have excellent customer service and administration skills;
* Have a proven track record of achieving targets;
