The finance/payroll administrator has the primary focus to prepare and process the monthly payroll for all UK in a timely and accurate manner. The role will involve a wide range of financial duties to include credit control, processing of bank transactions and accounts payable. Working as part of a small team the applicant must work well in a busy environment and have good written and verbal communication skills. This position is based in the Hertford office.

Prepare and load monthly payroll on ADP software for ~ 100 UK employees (and one Belgian employee), to involve new starters, leavers, annual increases, pension contributions, stock awards, child care voucher. Be the point of contact for employee pay queries, tax queries, benefits agency, child support, tax credits, company car etc.

End of year P60, P11D, PAYE settlement agreements, form 42 submissions

Prepare calculations for the company commissions scheme

Credit control/ debt chasing using phone calls and emails to improve cashflow

Assist with processing of various accounting entries as required
