Marketing Administrator- Salary c£28,000 - £32,000k DOE+ Excellent Benefits

Based - Kent

Our Client is a leading UK energy procurement and carbon reduction consultancy with a proven track record in helping clients improve their energy efficiency, cut costs and shrink their carbon footprint. We are searching for an experienced & self-motivated Marketing Professional, you'll be at the heart of driving marketing campaigns and it would be advantageous to be fluent (spoken and written) in at least two European languages including English.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Organising market research
  • Supporting the Sales Department and reporting to UK Sales Manager
  • Writing / proof reading Industry press releases
  • Writing / proof reading flyers and other promotional literature
  • Supporting UK sales in organising promotional events/ seminars
  • Project managing a programme of webinars
  • Bid support, including liaising with colleagues for contributions, formatting, writing/proof-reading
  • Assessing the results of a marketing campaign
  • Assisting the manager in writing reports and analysing data
  • Writing online content
  • Communicating with clients- following Sales visits
  • Communication with prospects
  • Research and identifying targets
  • Maintaining an internal library of bids, template answers
  • Be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks being involved at all levels, including drafting press releases, updating clients and organising promotional events

Candidate Skills and Experience required

  • Experience in Marketing
  • Fluent in at least 2 European languages including English, written and spoken
  • Experience of the energy/environmental and utilities sector would be ideal but is not essential
  • Data entry experience and good typing speed
  • Educated to GCSE level in Maths and English as a minimum
  • Excellent organisational and workload management skills
  • Strong numerical skills with a good eye for detail
  • Good level of IT skills (Microsoft including Advanced Excel)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously
  • Ability to supervise own workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Can work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • A strong personality will be required, as the candidate will need to influence experienced and knowledgeable people both internally and externally.
