Cambian Lufton College is a specialist residential college for young people with a range of learning disabilities. Proving personal, social and vocational education, care and therapy to young people aged 16-25 with a programme of study with an emphasis on preparation for adulthood. Enabling students to gain the necessary experience and acquire the skills for an active life that enables them to exercise choice whilst participating in their community.

Currently recruiting for people who can support us to make choices and acquire skills to enable us to live our lives more independently in college and beyond.

Requiring your support as we are young adults aged between 16-25, who have severe learning disabilities, many of us are on the autistic spectrum, with medical conditions such as epilepsy or diabetes. Sometimes, depending on our abilities, we may require assistance with our personal care routines. On occasions, we may need help to manage our challenging behaviour.

The Role of a Night Support Worker

Benefits include Company Pension Scheme, Staff Reward Scheme and up to 30 days holidays per annum plus Bank Holidays.
