Finance and Administration Team Leader - Franchised Motor Dealer
Our client, a large car dealership is seeking a Finance and Administration Team leader.
Managing our busy administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring your team prepare all customer paperwork is in a timely manner.
You will need excellent organisational skills, be an excellent communicator, lead by example and a keen eye for detail as your duties will involve working closely with our finance department and our vehicle handover team.
The role would best suit someone with a very approachable personality, have a real interest in delivering great customer service and be a quick learner with the ability to retain important information. Reliability and time keeping will also play a large part in choosing the right person for this role.
Previous motor trade experience is essential as is an individual that can provide a high standard of customer service to ensure all our customers receive an excellent experience.
The working hours are 5 days a week, covering a Saturday on a rota basis, we offer excellent benefits and a competitive salary package
