Our client is a state of art, iconic Hotel and Spa in Central London.
The Spa Sales Manager role is pivotal to the success of the Spa and Hotel. This position demands a person who combines strong leadership with an in-depth knowledge of the luxury market, the ability to develop and deliver the sales and membership strategy to gear the performance of the hotel's Spa.
Reporting directly to the Spa Director the role is highly visible internally and externally. As an ambassador for the Hotel and Resorts brand, the role promotes the Hotel as a destination of choice for the luxury traveler, maintaining existing client and member relationships and importantly securing new business.
Knowledge and experience of the luxury sales market and international luxury traveler markets are essential. The role also leads on public relations and marketing activities partnering with external clients as well as working with the internal PR Manager.
Ambitious and tenacious, the successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role within the luxury sales hospitality market. Implicit to their success is their ability to think both strategically and analytically, leading the spa and the wider business to deliver the commercial strategy for the Hotel.
