Sous Chef - Events Caterers - SW London - Monday / Friday

One of London's most stylish and exclusive caterers is now looking for a Sous Chef

Basic hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 16:30pm

The ideal Sous Chef will also be paid overtime for each and every extra hour worked

Total financial package is £40/42K including a basic salary of £30K, plus overtime, bonus and pension scheme

The Sous Chef must have a strong background in either fine dining, outside Caterers or Hotels.

The Sous Chef will be involved with menu planning and tasting sessions, must have strong communications/leadership skills

Full time team of 8 Chefs, plus up to 15 casual chefs within the unit, and when it comes to doing events they have use up to 60 casual chefs

The Sous Chef role is "Client Facing", and must have strong leadership and communication skills.
