Our client is a well regarded Law Firm who are based in the heart of the West End of London.

The firm are recruiting for a Trainee Facilities Assistant to join the team.

Hours Department Open

  • 08:00 - 18:00
  • 37 hour week

Job Description

  • To provide a high level responsive and professional support service to the firm
  • Reports to the Facilities Manager

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Word/Outlook & Excel
  • Good interpersonal and effective communication skills are essential for dealing with staff and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Must have a flexible attitude and work effectively under pressure
  • Able to use initiative
  • Flexible with hours
  • Ability to work as part of a team meeting the varied needs of the department
  • Organised manner with ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Photocopying/ Scanning / Faxing
  • Fill copiers / Printers with paper
  • Distribution of mail/documentation to all departments
  • To take telephone messages and ensure that they are relayed promptly and accurately
  • Provide back up support for other team members when they are absent
  • Any other ad-hoc duties required to ensure the smooth running of the team
  • Replenishment, tidying and clearance of meeting room supplies
  • Possible reception duties
